The Classic Chicken Wing

The Classic was originally designed to be used on pork and ribs mainly but we have had one of our customers send us an email using it on chicken wings and we had to try it and well I guess it goes without saying but we loved it as well so thank you for sending it in.


Ingretiants:

1 lb chicken wings

5tbl spoons of Jerry's Faves The Classic


Directions:

In a mixing bowl use about 1/4 of your Jerry's Faves The Classic. Then take out a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray to keep from sticking. With the wet hand dry hand technique take your chicken wings a few at a time drop into the flour mixture. Roll around to ensure that all sides are thoroughly coated. I only do a few at a time to allow for room to roll around and work in the bowl you can do as many or few as you feel comfortable with. Once coated place on your cookie sheet keeping about 1/2" separation. This allows all sides to brown. Pre heat the oven to 375F and place cookie sheet in set a time for 15 min. Now like most of my recipes this is when you get to relax a bit so grab a drink. When your time goes off we need to flip the chicken wings so the bottom will get crispy as well then place back in the oven for 10 min or until the wings are crispy and have a internal temp of 165F. Then plate and serve.
