Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your item, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we may evaluate the situation and make it right.
Once we have agreed upon a refund amount, we will refund your original payment method. When the refund is processed on our end, we will send a notification through email. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
