Cucumber Cups with Scale Up Smoked Salmon

Light, fancy, and ridiculously easy to pop one after another. These bite-sized Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cup beauties bring a big hit of flavour thanks to Jerry’s Faves Scale Up Rub – a citrusy, herby kick that plays nice with smoked salmon and creamy fillings.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers

  • 200 g smoked salmon, finely chopped

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Jerry’s Faves Scale Up Rub (plus extra for garnish)

  • Optional: capers or thin lemon zest for topping

🔥 Instructions

  1. Slice & Scoop: Cut cucumbers into 1-inch rounds. Use a melon baller or small spoon to hollow out the centers, leaving a little base at the bottom so they hold their shape.

  2. Mix It Up: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Scale Up.

  3. Fill ‘Em Up: Spoon or pipe the mixture into each cucumber cup.

  4. Finish with Flair: Sprinkle a pinch more Scale Up on top, add a tiny sprig of dill, some lemon zest or a caper if you’re feeling fancy.

  5. Chill & Serve: Pop in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to let the flavours mingle. Serve cold, with a smug grin knowing you just made an appetizer that looks like it came off a magazine cover.

👊 Pro Tip:

Use Scale Up like a secret handshake – just enough to impress the crowd without giving away how easy this really was.

Full Flavour. No Extra Sh*t.
