Crispy oven baked wings coated in The Classic.
Golden, crispy, wings coated in our bold dry rub, The Classic, fresh out of the oven.

Not Just for Pork Anymore

The Classic was built for ribs... but turns out it's got a wild side.

One of you legends threw it on wings and told us about it - and yeah... we had to try it.

Let's just say: these didn't last long. Sweet, a little heat, crispy edges... this is what happens when pork rub crashes wing night.

These crispy chicken wings are killer.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken wings

5 Tbsp of Jerry's Faves The Classic

Cooking spray or oil

Directions for Crispy Chicken Wings

  1. Coat it like you mean it Toss your wings in a bowl and hit them with The Classic. Don't be shy - this is where the magic starts. Get every inch covered.

  2. Set the Stage Spread on a baking sheet. Use parchment paper with a light spray of cooking spray.

When laying the wings out, ensure they are about a 1/2 inch space between them. Crowding = soggy. We don't do soggy.

  3. Get Smokin' Preheat to 375F. Throw them in for 15 minutes.

  4. Flip & Finish Flip those beauties so both sides get that golden, crispy treatment. Back in the oven for 10 more minutes or until: - Crispy on the outside - Internal temp hits 165F.

  5. Eat Immediately (Non-negotiable) Pull them out, plate them up.. and try not to burn your face off because you couldn't wait.

Pro Tips (Because You're Not Here to Mess Around)

  • Want extra crispy? Hit them with a rack instead of flat pan

  • Like it sticky? Good! The Classic will do that for you.

  • Cold beer recommended. Strongly
