Cocoa Caliente is a rimmer that is great on any creamy cocktails or on your coffees and lattes, but we have also messed around and found you can make a spicy hot chocolate with it as well.
First off you will need to to get some stuff together!
Milk (whatever kind floats your boat)
Simple syrup
Cocoa Caliente
In a small pot, warm up 2 cups of milk and add in 1.5oz of simple syrup (more or less depending on how sweet you would like it) and 1-2 teaspoon of Cocoa Caliente (depending on how spicy you like your hot chocolate). The best part is you can make it exactly the way YOU like it! Whisk until everything is dissolved and pour into your favorite mug.
Bonus points
Now it's time to top with whipping cream, marshmallows, shaved chocolate, etc. but our fave is to add your Irish cream liqueur. Don't worry about mixing Mexican and Irish, they will be ok with it this time!
