This was a dip I made for my wife's Christmas party. This dip will go good with any kind of beer so beer pairing will be an easy one this time.
To start grab your favorite beer (I had a oatmeal stout as it was winter time).
In your mixer or mixing bowl add in 1 1/2 cups of cream cheese, 1 cup of Ranch Dressing, 3 table spoons of Cluckin' Hell. You can add more if you want it spicier. Mix this thoroughly and put into an oven safe dish top with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350F for 10-15 min Serve with taco chips or pita and enjoy!
This dip was the hit of the party we went to so it should be the hit at you're party and it is fast and easy to pull off, which is a bonus! We prepped everything and covered in the fridge so we just needed to pull it out and bake it when everyone had arrived and they were able to enjoy it while it was warm.
