Cluckin' Hell Hot Wings
Crispy. Spicy. Questionable life decisions encouraged.
These Cluckin' Hell Hot Wings bring the heat without murdering the flavour. Cluckin' Hell lays down the perfect punch of spice while still letting that smoky, crispy chicken do its thing. Fair warning: once these hit the table, polite sharing disappears fast.
🐔 What You'll Need:
2 lbs chicken wings (split, tips removed)
2-3 Tbsp Cluckin' Hell (don't be shy)
For Serving:
Ranch or blue cheese dip
Cold beer (strongly recommended)
🔥 How To
Season like you mean it Pat chicken dry then toss with a generous amount of Cluckin' Hell. Make sure they're dry - moisture is the enemy of crispy skin. Make sure every wing gets coated like it owes you money.
Fire up the smoker
Set your smoker around 350F. Lay the wings out on the grill. Cook for 40 minutes or so, flipping halfway through.
Serve Pile them high, add dip on the side if you like, and pretend like you planned to share.
⭐ Pro Tip
Want extra crispy wings? Let them sit uncovered in the fridge for 2-4 hours before cooking.
Want more heat? Hit them with another light dusting of Cluckin' Hell right after they come off the smoker.
Cooking for a crowd? Double the batch. These disappear faster than common sense after a few beers.
Full Flavour. No Extra Sh*t.
